MPM support Call Connection’s IT systems and network in a consultancy capacity. A MPM consultant visits the business premises weekly and conducts a variety of tasks, such as regular monthly independent audits of the backup system; assisting with disaster recovery planning and IT security issues; carrying out health and safety audits of workstations; helping with the reorganisation to the network and individual directory management.
