Karen Cope, Proprietor of Daka Distribution asked Shelli Moyes from MPM initially to teach her word processing, to help her process correspondence for her business that she runs from home.

She then graduated onto spreadsheets to help organise prices for leaflet deliveries and salaries for her 15 delivery people. She is now fully competent at both and has started to computerise her bought ledger and business accounts.
