Daka Distribution

Karen Cope, Proprietor of Daka Distribution asked Shelli Moyes from MPM initially to teach her word processing, to help her process correspondence for her business that she runs from home.

Call Connection, based in Ipswich is a call handling centre that works predominantly within the UK insurance market and handles in excess of 3,000 calls per week.

MPM support Call Connection’s IT systems and network in a consultancy capacity. A MPM consultant visits the business premises weekly and conducts a variety of tasks, such as regular monthly independent audits of the backup system; assisting with disaster recovery planning and IT security issues; carrying out health and safety audits of workstations; helping with the reorganisation to the network and individual directory management.

MPM was appointed to project manage the installation of an IT Network and new telephony system.
